What goes on in Year 4?

Our topic for the Spring term is The Romans! We will be learning all about the Roman Empire, Roman Britain, and the contributions of the Romans on modern society. In Science, we will also be learning about animals including humans with a focus on teeth, digestion and food chains. Scroll to the bottom of this page for a full overview of our learning this term and throughout the year.

Homework: This will be sent home every Friday, to be returned the following Thursday. This will include a weekly spellings practise activity as well as an activity linked to reading, writing or maths.

Reading: Your child has a reading log that should be updated regularly. We check the reading logs weekly, so please ensure these are filled in.

PE Days for Spring 2 are Wednesday and Thursday.
