Year 6 is a time of big change and expectation for the children, so we talked about their hopes, dreams and aspirations for the year. To help the them remember their goals they made Dream Catchers using sticks, knots and natural materials.

This is a difficult task, but they rose to the challenge, helped each other and eventually succeeded.

We have been focusing on different seeds over the term and this weekend the Horse Chestnuts finally fell, so we offered conker craft. They made spiders, caterpillars and other creatures.

We also taught them how to safely play Conkers!

Elsewhere they relaxed in hammocks, hugged trees, put up swings, and played in the mud kitchen. Another fabulous week outside at Forest School.
