We have had a busy morning, orienteering and fencing, so headed back out to sea for more kyacking and a bit of rowing.

Last night we all played ‘Ambush’ where we had to hide in the woods in teams, waiting to ambush the enemy team.

Everyone is doing really well, although it was a little more difficult to get up this morning!
