Have a go at some of these science investigations. The children will be ‘Working Scientifically.’ By completing these investigations they will be practising skills such as:-

• Asking simple questions and recognising that they can be answered in different ways

• Observing closely, using simple equipment

• Performing simple tests

• Identifying and classifying

• Using their observations and ideas to suggest answers to questions

• Gathering and recording data to help in answering questions

When you choose an investigation, remember to draw and write about it so we can see what you found out.  You can use your purple books or send us work and emails by email.
