This Friday is a bank holiday however it is also VE Day so we have provided you with a few extra activities which you may like to do with your child. There is a PPT which explains what VE Day is and would be really helpful for your child to know. If the children were in school, they would have been learning about this historical moment throughout the week so it would be really lovely if you could do just something small with them. We have provided a:

- Union Jack bunting
Many of the activities do need to be printed out however you could always get your child to draw a VE picture or create their own flag copying a picture from the internet. There are also loads more ideas on the internet. The children in school this week will be having a street party in the field to celebrate VE day so you could do something similar.
